My name is Gabie and I'm a Certified Life + Mindset coach, writer, creator, and a very curious human being! Through my work, I help people explore their inner worlds and deepen their relationship with themselves. I focus on the mind, thoughts, beliefs, habits, energy, and so much more. It's basically Psychology + Spirituality combined.

As You Think is a website, coaching business, and brand that is dedicated to helping you explore your inner world. You can watch videos, listen to podcast episodes, do exercises, try different tools, find books to read and more. You can also work with me 1:1 and get coaching. Everything on this website. and services that I provide, are meant to help you question yourself, understand yourself, and create yourself.

Online Coaching

As much as I would love to tell you that I can completely transform your life, I can’t! I provide you with incredible insights and techniques and help you understand what is standing in the way of you and your desires, but it all comes down to how committed you are to your own transformation. I can give you all the guidance, support, tools, and action plans in the world — but it won’t help unless you put in the work! No one else can do the work but you :)

Coaching sessions are 60 minutes (or 90, if you book a specific single-session) and are held over the phone, Skype, or Face-time. Upon booking a session, you will receive an email from me with a few questions, so I can get a better sense of how I can assist you. During our coaching session, we will engage in an open and curious dialogue, so questions, answers, and discoveries can start flooding in! We will do a few exercises that will help uncover what it is you’re looking for, find what blocks you might be dealing with, and see how we can begin shifting things. At the end of our session, we will discuss how you can implement the insights discovered and set up some action steps!

The best way I can describe my approach is: it’s positive psychology, mindfulness, and curiosity combined! I also incorporate Spirituality/Energy work with most of my clients. If that's not your cup of tea, no worries!
I don’t analyze you or tell you how you need to do things — that’s not what coaching is! I ask you questions, lead you through exercises, and give you tools to help you get to where you want to go and keep you accountable. We explore different areas of your life and discuss the changes you'd like to make & how we could do that.

I can't tell you why you should work with me — I can only tell you how I work what my approach is. If you're not feeling called to work with me, or you don't seem to resonate with my approach— that's okay! I hope you find what you're looking for with another coach. However, if something inside of you has stirred and you feel connected to my work and me — reach out! Follow that nudge! I would love to work with you.

Single-session consultations are possible, but I suggest at least starting with a 3-sessions starter pack. Like with any type of transformation work, time is needed. If you work with a personal fitness trainer, you don't expect to do a single 60-minute session & be where you desire physically! Time and on-going sessions are needed, especially if you want long-lasting results and not a quick-fix that won't even last that long.

You don't need to prepare anything! Once you book a single session or purchase a package, you will receive an intake form which you will have to fill out and return to me at least a day before our coaching session.

Make sure that during our consultation you're in a quiet and undisturbed space — this will ensure we get the most out of our time together!

Coaching sessions are not recorded. I advise clients to write down some notes as we have our session, so they’re able to remember the main points and insights from the session! But if you’d like them to be recorded and then sent to you as an mp3 — please let me know. You’re also free to record the session yourself!

I work with clients from all over the world, as sessions are done through the phone, Skype, or Facetime! If we happen to be in the same city at the same time, in-person sessions are possible! :)
