Yup, you read that right.
I want to be 100 years old.
In the last 8 years my fitness, health, and wellness goals have changed quite a bit.
From being a size 2 and having abs, I wanted to work even harder and be a size 0 and have a proper six-pack.
It wasn’t until I turned 18 and moved to New York City that I asked myself:
What I realized was that these goals were empty — there was nothing underneath them, there wasn’t a burning WHY. There wasn’t a real reason why I wanted these things.
I always loved taking care of my health and well-being but I didn’t want to burn out and get exhausted from taking care of my health. (Maintaining shredded abs and a size 2 is hard work, people!)
Thus, a new, passionate goal was born:
More importantly, I want to be a healthy, mobile, cheerful, and bad-ass 100-year-old.
