In this episode, I talk about painful experiences, past hurt, and how our past influences our future.
Whether it’s a break-up, trauma from childhood, or an accident — we often take that one intense and overwhelming experience and we let it rule us for the rest of our lives. It’s completely understandable because we are simply trying to protect ourselves.
Thus, building up walls and being cautious is completely logical and makes sense.
However, it can also be a double-edged sword. Past breakups make us build walls and not let beautiful love it, accidents cause us to be fearful and fidgety, and traumatic events determine how we approach every new situation.
How to leave the past where it belongs (in the past)
Why we should approach each situation and person as a blank slate
